Clothing and Food Assistance
CALC collects, purchases and distributes furniture, bedding, mattresses, clothing, food and other household items to provide critical services needed to bring safety and stability to individuals and families in the community.

Charitable Giving
Financial assistance is provided to needy families to help with basic necessities, such as rent, food, and utility payments. Monetary donations are also made to assist other charitable causes in need of support.

Adopt A Family
The Adopt a Family program pairs sponsor families with needy families that want to fulfill their Christmas wishes. Through the efforts of our generous sponsors, many poor families living in Michigan experience Christmas giving that they would not otherwise be able to afford.

Turkey Drive
CALC helps to purchase turkeys to feed more than 125 low-income families each Thanksgiving.

Scholarship
CALC provides new immigrants and deserving students the opportunity to continue their education by awarding scholarships each year.

Health Care Network
CALC provides access to free health care for medically uninsured eligible low income individuals and affords funding for free or reduced cost prescriptions for the poor.
